Founded in 2013, Baglini Milano represents the highest expression of excellence, aesthetics, and attention to detail in the luxury elevator sector.
This division of excellence was born from the intuition and extensive industry experience of its founder, Riccardo Bosi.
Created as a strategic outpost in the design capital to meet the needs of a high-end market, Baglini Milano quickly established itself as a protagonist of unstoppable expansion, transforming the elevator into a truly bespoke work of art.

The Baglini Group
Behind the Milan headquarters lies an impressive and solid industrial history: that of the Baglini Ascensori Group.
Originally founded by Sergio Baglini, the Group has undergone rapid evolution since 1973, officially establishing itself in 1996. Against this backdrop of constant growth and in-depth technical expertise, Baglini Milano today plays a central role in serving the most demanding markets, supported by the Group and internal entities such as Comp.As, created to exclusively manage production and thus optimize efficiency and technological know-how.
From a highly specialized division, the Milanese brand has rapidly become a national and international leader. Today, Baglini Milano, a beating heart of innovation, meets the demands of leading design firms and architects. From the design capital, it designs and builds elevator systems for major international brands in the fashion, retail, restaurant, luxury hotel, and large-scale exhibition sectors.
The strength of the group
Baglini Milano’s creative power and design autonomy derive from its membership in an extremely solid network: the Baglini Group, which today includes 16 specialized companies. Historic and highly technical companies such as Baglini Ascensori Group, Access Lift, Baglini Consulting, Comp.As., and S.T.I. support and reinforce the work of the Milan office.
Each company in the Group specializes in a specific field, giving Baglini Milano the unique ability to offer integrated, safe, and highly diversified solutions.

Unique and tailor-made projects
Combining Milanese design with the industrial solidity of the Group – with over 50 years of history and over 13,000 systems installed – Baglini Milano designs projects of absolute excellence. It manufactures luxury elevators, special elevators, and freight elevators (including complex metal load-bearing structures) with reduced pits and headrooms.
Each Milanese system is a unique piece, rigorously certified and tested according to the current UNI-EN-81 and 2014/33 EU regulations for special design.

Oggi Baglini Milano brilla all’interno di una grande famiglia. Il Gruppo Baglini le fornisce tutto il supporto strategico necessario per scalare il mercato del lusso: da Toscana Ingegneria per i calcoli e la progettazione, a Comp.As per la produzione, fino a Go Lift per le installazioni.
Un grande universo compatto del Made in Italy, forte di oltre 160 dipendenti e che ha raggiunto i 30 milioni di euro di fatturato globale. Con l’obiettivo, per Milano e per tutto il Gruppo, di crescere ancora e spingersi sempre più in alto.
