In the heart of the Dolomites, the Hotel Ancora in Cortina d’Ampezzo represents a true icon of hospitality, luxury, and tradition. To meet the needs of such a prestigious establishment, Baglini designed and built an elevator that transcends mere functionality, becoming a central element of the interior design. The entrance to the facility was conceived to offer guests a truly prestigious welcome. The sliding doors and the imposing slanted entrance portal are clad in a magnificent, highly reflective gold metallic finish. This choice of material not only recalls the hotel’s classic, timeless elegance, but also imbues the entire space with a warm, enveloping light.
